A naturally glowing face indicates good health, but sometimes, while attempting to improve your skin, you may be making some mistakes.

1)Applying pressure to rub skincare products into your skin can cause unnecessary stretching and pressure,

leading to the breakdown of collagen and causing wrinkles and sagging skin.

2)Dirty pillowcases accumulate dead skin cells, sweat, oil, and dust, and can harbor bacteria that lead to skin allergies or infections.

3)Sharing towels with others or using the same towel for face and body can lead to a transfer of microbes and spread skin infection.

4)Exfoliating Too Much or Not At All Exfoliation is the cleansing of dead skin cells from the outer layer of your skin.

Exfoliate according to the need of your skin: mildly once a week for sensitive skin, every second day for oily skin, and twice a week for normal skin.

Check if the skincare product contains any harmful ingredients such as carcinogens, endocrine disruptors, allergens, or irritants that are not suitable for your skin.

Mindful and create the habit of not touching your face at all. Try to distract your hands by keeping them busy throughout the day.

Wash your face at least twice a day, and if you have oily skin, use soap or herbal packs to clean it thoroughly.
